About Darcel Lobo
I am attorney Darcel Lobo, and I have served Normandy Park and the surrounding area’s legal needs since 2009. After working with other firms, I founded DAL Law Firm to better serve my clients. I was born and raised in the area and am a graduate of Seattle University and Seattle University School of Law. I am admitted to practice in Washington, as well as in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.
I pride myself on my legal work, bringing practical solutions to real-life issues and helping clients plan for their financial future. I provide legal guidance in estate planning, and residential real estate matters. My experience and ties to the community means I understand the people of Normandy Park, Des Moines and Burien, as well as neighboring areas.

I am a wife and proud mother of two young kids. I currently serve as Chair for the Washington State Bar Association Solo and Small Practice Section, the Board of Directors for the Seattle Southside Chamber of Commerce, and was recently appointed by the Washington State Bar Association’s Board of Governors to serve on the Well-Being TaskForce. I also write about legal matters for the B-Town (Burien) Blog and record videos for the firm’s YouTube channel, answering common questions clients may have.
