At DAL Law Firm, we have worked to implement clear pricing for our legal services. We strive to ensure that our customers know the full cost of legal services in advance, so that there are no surprises later.

At our consultation, we will discuss and agree upon the cost for our services, so that we can eliminate the stress that can result if you do not know how much your case will cost. Our fee agreements outline exactly the scope of work that we will perform and what price it will cost.

Real Estate Law
Quit Claim Deeds	$695 plus recording costs
Purchase & Sale Agreements	Starts at $3,500
Preparation of Seller Financing Documents	$995 plus recording costs
Transfer On Death Deeds	$595 plus recording costs

Estate Planning
Will package per person (simple) (includes Healthcare and Financial Power of Attorneys, along with Directive.)	Starts at $895 for an individual; $1695 per couple with Community Property Agreement
Revocable Living Trust package (includes Pourover Will, Healthcare and Financial Power of Attorneys, Directive, and Quit Claim Deed)	Starts at $2,500 for an individual; $3,000 for a couple

Other Legal Services
Loan modification and/or mediation starts at	$3,500
LLC Formation	$995 plus costs
Hourly rate $395/hr
